Mental Health Services

Parents Anonymous® Inc. provides mental health services to diverse parents, children, youth, and families to help them grow and thrive. The services offered will include: individual and family psychotherapy, group therapy, targeted case management (TCM), and crisis intervention.

Group Therapy

Experience the benefits of our evidence-based group therapy program! Our 15-week groups provide support, skill-building, and connection for adults, children, and youth. We offer separate groups designed for different ages and developmental stages, ensuring a comfortable and relevant experience for all participants. Groups are facilitated by a mental health professional and a Parent Group Leader. New participants can join throughout the year.

Individual/Family Psychotherapy

At times we all need support. Parents Anonymous® helps families, including parents, children, and youth. We offer a variety of psychotherapy models (including individual, and family). Every Parents Anonymous® participant receives individualized treatment and care.

Targeted Case Management (TCM)

Targeted Case Management (TCM) is a service offered to participants who are enrolled in the Well-Being Center. TCM determines participants’ needs and helps them access other necessary services, including medical, alcohol and drug placement, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, and other community services.

Crisis Intervention

If experiencing a mental health emergency, ALL participants enrolled in the Well-Being Center will have access to 24/7 support. Parents Anonymous® operates a 24-hour helpline available to anyone. If a participant is in crisis, they will have access to the helpline, and during daily operating hours, access to crisis intervention services. The mission of crisis intervention is to help a participant stabilize.
