National Parent & Youth Helpline™

Since 1969, Parents Anonymous® has operated the ONLY National Helpline for Parents. In 2024, with support from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), the National Parent Helpline® expanded into the National Parent & Youth Helpline™.

Now, trained Helpline Specialists provide free, confidential support through calls, texts, and live chat—available 24/7.

California Parent & Youth Helpline™

In partnership with the State of California, Parents Anonymous® launched a Family Support System in May 2020 to help families navigate challenges. Our trained Helpline Specialists offer trusted support and guidance through phone, text, and live chat, available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week (8 AM – 10 PM).

We also offer Free Online Weekly Parents Anonymous® Groups in both English and Spanish for Parents and Children & Youth statewide.
